Orders

After placing an order online, we will provide you with a confirmation of your order. We require your name, address telephone number, email address and your credit/debit card details. A contact telephone number is needed so that we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order.i.e. an item ordered is out of stock,an incorrect address or payment unauthorized.

We try to ensure that the descriptions and details of our products on the website are correct at all times. The colour reproduction of the product is a close representation , we cannot accept any responsibility for any variations in colour caused by a browsers software, and our sizes are only an approximate guide.

Prices and Delivery

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

We use a courier service for all order to ensure that your purchases are delivered prompty and safely. This is a charge of £5.75 (approximately 1-3 days). Delivery is free on orders over £100.

We aim to dispatch items as soon as possible after payment clearance. Our expectations are that you will receive your order within three working days. If any products are out of stock we will contact you to advise an estimated delivery date and check if the item is still required. At this moment in time, we cannot accept overseas orders.

Returns and Exchanges

While we hope that you are delighted with your order from The Big Red Heart, we understand that you may want to return an item. We will be happy to replace a product or issue a refund, provided it is in a fully re-salable condition and returned with 14 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event of an order arriving damaged,please return the goods and we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund provided we receive notification within 7 days.

Order Cancellations

We are happy to accept cancellation of your order by using the Contact Us section. However, if the order has been processed and already dispatched, please follow the procedure set out in the Returns and Exchange section above.
